Q: How soon are you able to start a new project?
As soon as you're ready! :)
Q: What happens after I book a discovery call?
Once the date/time of your discovery call rolls around, we'll hop on a video call, and you'll be speaking directly with Andy and Jen. We'll talk through your business needs and determine whether or not we're a good fit for you. No hard sells here. If we can't genuinely help you, we'll say so.
Q: Are you completely against AI?
Andy is, Jen isn't. Jen likes to use AI for more complex coding than she's able to do, to help generate ideas, and especially to organize her thoughts/tasks into a nice dashboard. That said, all our writing and design is done from our own brains and fingers.
Q: If I'm in the Akron area, can we have a face-to-face meeting?
Sure! If you'd like to get out from behind the computer screen, we'd be happy to meet with you the old-fashioned way.
